1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Jutsu AI ('the Platform'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2Platform Description
Jutsu AI is an automated trading tool built based on SOP & Module Teknik Jutsu. It automatically manages entry, exit, breakeven, and risk parameters. The platform provides:
- Automated trading via Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5
- Real-time trading performance tracking and analytics
- Customizable trading settings and risk management
- Educational resources and tutorials
- Account management and trading configuration tools
3User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
One Account Per Person: Each user may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.
4Automated Trading Services
EA Installation: You are responsible for properly installing and configuring the Expert Advisor (EA) on your MetaTrader 5 platform according to our provided instructions.
Trading Responsibility: All trades executed by the EA are your responsibility. You acknowledge that automated trading involves risk and may result in financial losses.
Settings Configuration: You are responsible for configuring trading settings, risk parameters, and other EA settings according to your risk tolerance and trading objectives.
Account Security: You must maintain the security of your trading account credentials and EA passwords. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your trading account.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources.

Trading Tool Only: Jutsu AI is a trading tool only, not an investment program or financial advisory service. The EA executes trades based on your configured settings and market conditions.

6Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantages
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our platform
- Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jutsu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from trading activities or use of the automated trading system.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9Termination
Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
Our Right to Terminate: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the platform.
